Established in 1989, Reputable Independent Consulting LLC, is a provider of quality information systems consulting and programming services to the IBM midrange community.
From the very beginning, R.I.C. ‘s philosophy has been to build life long relationships with its customers. Looking back over the years, we are proud to say that we have made that philosophy a reality.
Our client list includes distributors, manufacturers, contractors and hospitals. We also have a long standing relationship with Kronos Incorporated providing custom modifications to the Kronos iSeries Central Suite product. In every case, our mission is the same “to deliver cost effective, quality solutions which leverage our client’s investment in the IBM Midrange platform".
The key to turning such a statement into fact lies in our staff. With more than a century of combined IT knowledge at your disposal, R.I.C. brings real-life experience and a stellar track record to the table. With the IBM Midrange at its core, our expertise includes application re-writes, data conversions, software implementations and custom system development. Other skill-sets which are resident within our team are project management, implementation, and Internet store front and self-service applications. Our common sense approach and down-to-earth work ethic result in the development of sound solutions which are delivered on-time and within budget.
Our devotion to our customers doesn’t end there. We also stand behind our work. We realize that our client’s IT systems need to be supported whenever there’s an issue. To that end, R.I.C. provides 24/7 support to its customer base on an as-needed basis, for no additional cost.
